keep celebrating Lunar New Year with cultural performances!
2:00 pm
Town Hall, Sydney and Thaitown, Haymarket (Corner of Campbell and George Street, Haymarket)

Sydney Lunar Festival will feature a vibrant afternoon of multicultural dance, music and performance as communities from Chinese, Korean, Thai, Japanese and Vietnamese backgrounds celebrate the Year of the Horse on Saturday 21st Feb at Centennial Hall in Town Hall.
A highlight of the 2pm–3.15pm Lunar Extravaganza is Siam Classic Dance Studio, representing Thai culture through traditional Siamese dance. Their performance showcases the elegance, intricate hand movements and storytelling traditions that are central to classical Thai dance, adding a distinctly Southeast Asian presence to the program.
Siam Classic Dance Studio performs alongside a diverse lineup including the Australian Youth Chinese Orchestra, Today and Always Korean Dance Group, and several Chinese community dance ensembles.
The evening 5pm–6.15pm show continues the multicultural celebration with additional Thai representation from Buddharangsee Thai Community Language School.
Both shows are free to attend, with general admission seating and doors opening 45 minutes prior.
